About the game

Ariel is a single player puzzle game developed by Young Talent from Shengqu Games. Player controls the light butterfly to create roads for the little girl. When the light cast shadow, a path will be built between the light and the shadow.

Core gameplay

When the light from the butterfly is casted by other objects, there will be a substantialized boundary between light and shadow. Player can stand on the boundary and walk along it.

The light can also interact with other objects such as clovers and snails. The butterfly can also illuminate some hidden areas. Players can find collections inside these areas.

 

My role

As the main designer in the team. My work is to design the basic mechanic and elements in different levels. I also design the interface and three levels in the game.
